By submitting survey responses, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use those responses for research, analysis, and product development purposes in anonymised or aggregated form.
The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Participation in the survey does not create any contractual obligation on our part to build any product or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
